At Drift Creek Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

​

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

​

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • The original shipping cost will be refunded.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
